FORM - Framework for Operational Reliability & Management ("FORM," "we," "us," or "our") provides software that helps organizations manage operations, work orders, schedules, training, and communications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the FORM web app, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Account and profile data: name, role, organization membership, contact details, and other information you choose to provide.
Work data: work orders, schedules, procedures, training records, notes, comments, and attachments you or your organization add.
