Account and profile data: name, role, organization membership, contact details, and other information you choose to provide.

Work data: work orders, schedules, procedures, training records, notes, comments, and attachments you or your organization add.

Operational content: photos, videos, map data, fleet logs, pool logs, invoice data, resource records, location records, asset records, and other content submitted to operate the tools you choose to use.

Device and usage data: device type, browser/app version, IP address, log data, diagnostics, performance information, feature usage, and error data used to improve reliability, efficiency, security, and product quality.

Messaging and notifications: system-generated notices (for example, work order updates). We do not use private message content for training or advertising.

Provide, maintain, and secure the Services.

Deliver notifications and operational updates you opt into.

Support organization workflows and reporting.

Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

Measure and improve the efficiency of apps, tools, workflows, and operational recommendations.

Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, misuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

We share data with service providers that help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, storage, notifications, and analytics). These providers are bound to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data or Customer Data to third parties, ever. We do not share Customer Data for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect safety, rights, property, users, BCS, or the security of the Services.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve operational tools, build better workflows, and improve reliability, provided that information does not identify you or your organization.

We retain data for as long as your organization maintains an account or as needed to provide the Services. We may also retain information where needed for security, legal compliance, billing records, dispute resolution, backups, audit logs, or legitimate business operations. You can request deletion of your data by contacting support, subject to organization controls, legal requirements, and technical limitations.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission, storage, application security, device security, or internet-connected service is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security or guarantee against loss, theft, deletion, corruption, or unauthorized access.

Update your profile and notification preferences in the app.

Opt out of non-essential notifications where available.

Request data access or deletion by contacting support.

Export important operational records where export tools are available.

FORM is intended for organizational use and not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your data may be processed in the United States and other regions where our service providers operate.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date above.
